Then and Now

So do you leave the old pictures in the frame and just put in the new picture on top of them?  I totally do - because I love to look back and remember as I put in the new picture.

Today I couldn't stop myself - had to lay 'em all out and compare -

 But definitely growing into a Brady.

Homecoming 2012

Rae went to her homecoming dance this past weekend - and had a fabulous time.

The girls enjoyed another lets-try-on-our-dresses-together-fashion-show.  I'm thinking this is turning into a tradition.  It should - it is totally fun.

 One of my laurel girls - Laura Beth was voted at the Sr. Attendant!!  Whoot whoot Laura!!

 Rae was the fabulous make-up and hair stylist : )  She curled and plucked and painted all morning long.

 Dayne Abrahms was her date.  Rae had a fantastic time.  He's a lot of fun!

First Day - Preschool 2012

Fall Stuff

 And me you ask?  Where's my swing?  Well --- Gina don't swing.  Last time I did, Kelly said the club now needed to be destroyed.  So I'll be the cheerleader and picture taker!  Suits me just fine.  And Rae was missing too.  I think she was on a horse somewhere --- or at work ---

 Hole #2  Has a dandy view of the location for the future Star Valley Temple!!  SO EXCITED!!! That's where it'll be!!  How fabulous is that?!?  Now Kelly will golf, and be reminded to go to the temple all at the same time!  Can't beat it.  : )

A Little Fishy

I have been taking walks this summer up Swift Creek canyon in the mornings.  It is beautiful!  My friend Sandy and I always walk to a a pretty little resivoir and then walk back.  This pond is filled with fish - and we kept thinking how much our kids would like to see the fish.  So one morning, instead of walking, we brought our kids to the resivoir and ate some doughnuts and watched the fish.  So fun!

Now that's my kind of morning walk!

Tauphus Park ZOO!!

While Brady was playing in a golf tourney in Idaho Falls this summer, and Kelly was supervising Brady's game, I took Bran and Reese to the ZOO!  Oh it was great fun!  Bran's heaven on earth is a zoo!  I did however, convince him to leave his guns in the car.  It took a lot of doing - but we decided to look and not hunt this time.  : )

We're going to the zoo zoo zoo --- how about you you you --- we're going to the zoo!!

Dancin' At the Fair- Again

So while Rae was messing with horses and walking around in her crown at the fair, Reese was dancing.  Yes - her class has had the chance to dance at the fair for the last few years.  She loves it!

Reese really loves dance! 
She is taking her regular jazz and ballet class with Dezi - and adding a lyrical class with her this year that she is excited about.  She has also been interested in trying pointe for years (she asked for pointe shoes for Christmas several years in a row - and has had fun trying them out).  The instructor that Rae dances with called me and said that she had a beginning pointe class this year that Reese could try.  Yes!  Reese was so excited about it - so we're giving that a try too. 
She's gotta dance! 
And Kelly's got her golfing . . .  
And I'm keeping her going on piano . . .
And she is Bran's full time babysitter . . . 
And she's gonna be in Young Women's so soon . . .
She's one great girlie!!
