Dance Recital - Rae

Rae had her dance recital last night - so fun!

She did a jazz solo to a song called "Boots and Boys" - it is kind of her anthem!!  : )  She did so so good!

She also performed her jazz dance that they've taken to competition and done well with.  Great job girls!  I think those costumes are super cute.  They are sassy!

And they also did their lyrical number to "Bring on the Wonder".  It was beautiful!
Nice job Rae!  Now you can stop stressing!!! : )

SPRING!!

We've already had more days of spring this year than we ever did last year - and it's still April!  Yahoo!  We are loving the few sunny days we are getting - and have to celebrate each one with a bike ride, walk, round of golf, you name it!  We love sun!

Oh yea - speaking of golf - Brady finally did it!  He played a round with Kelly this week and TIED him!  First time ever!  They just had time for nine holes - and they both shot a 38.  Brady was a little bit happy. : )  I'm thinking that Kelly's winning days are numbered!  Brady is quickly catching up with the old man!  They are pretty tight lately.  They have been watching many ball games together and working out together, and golfing together.  So much fun.

Easter

Catching up with my blog -- seems I've missed a bit (as usual ; )  ).
 Fun Easter baskets!

Look at Bran's expression.  This says all you need to know about that kid's personality!
Kelly was a great moving ladder for the eggs high up.

Bran got to go to Build A Bear Workshop on our spring break trip and he had to have this camo bear that they had there.  He named him Hunter Bear (of course) and he matches his pj's that Grandma Chris gave him.  When he wears these pajamas he's always saying - you can't see me, can you mom!?!

And Meredyth!!

I almost forgot to post this awesome picture!  While we were in Salt Lake, I met up with my long time forever Meredyth friend!  It was so so so so very fun!  We hung out at the new City Creek mall, she took us out to dinner, talked each other's ears off and had such a great time catching up.  She had her beautiful Mia with her - and Reese had so much fun having a friend to hang out with.  And Bran loved Mia too!

It was so very fantastic!  I loved every minute of it!

More Spring Break

I guess we did do a lot last week!  The kids really enjoyed it because we were home for part of our break and they could hang with friends but we did get to Salt Lake and did some fun stuff too!
Stopped first off at "This Is The Place".  My kids hadn't been there and it's kinda cool.

Naturally we bought Bran guns at the gift shop, and naturally he then hunted all the poor gooseses that were hanging out around the area.  Pretty fun to watch actuallly!  We were a bit worried they'd come after him - so we kept a close watch.  But come on really!  This kid hunts mountain lions!  Who's afraid of a mere goose??!!

Then to the zoo!  Fun stuff!
Ah the traditional picture!!  And no, the fountain doesn't work - but had to get the picture!!

Clint and Alli and kids happened to be going there the same day!!  Yahoo!  It was so fun to see them!

 Oh the brother love!

It was a great day at the zoo!  We all really enjoyed it.
After the zoo we headed to our fabulous hotel!  A Holiday Inn Express with a little water park attached!  Doesn't get better than that!!
Bran was in heaven!  And Reese too - she discovered one of her friends that is in her class was there!  She had a great time with her.  You never can leave Star Valley  : )!

Bran could have stayed here forever!  But there were sharks in the water!  He had to fight them off!
The next day was spent with girls shopping and boys golfing.  It was great.  Later in the afternoon we met Uncle Dave at a dog park and visited while his children ran around!

A picture of Brady! I caught him before he ran away! ;)
Hubba Hubba.
So I think this is so funny!  No one else thinks it's as funny as me - but oh well.  We stayed at the Shilo Inn downtown and the sign out front said this --
So so funny that Rae was staying there!
Very cool model of the Salt Lake Temple in front of the Salt Lake Temple!  Awesome!

Great trip!  We really enjoyed it!
